We countered the top 4 offers and in the end chose a couple who was eminently qualified and had fallen in love with our home. Escrow closes in a month which allowed us to present a non-contingent offer for the house in LA, which we now call our home. I first met Fereshteh in 2007 and we became friends. In 2008 I was thinking of buying my first place in California and she really encouraged me as there was a dip in the real estate market, even here in SV. and I am so glad she did!
